Legislation
When crossing the Russian border, each alien must complete a migration card and keep it in
themselves for the duration of stay in Russia.
Upon arrival at the destination must be within three working days to register with the migration service.
Citizens arriving in Russia have been idle, can register at any time, but not exceeding the term of the visa. Citizens who come to the visa-free regime, may have to register with up to three months.
